The VTA-Series by Zirbus is designed for both laboratory and production use, offering custom solutions to meet specific needs. It utilizes contact or radiation drying under vacuum, optimizing drying efficiency and precision. The drying chambers are available in rectangular and round shapes and constructed from high-grade stainless steel AISI 316L. Temperature ranges from 20°C to 120°C can be maintained with heat transfer media such as water or oil. Floor space packages range from 1 to 90m², customizable to customer requirements. Additional features include solvent capacitors in ATEX version, vacuum control, isolation valves, capacitive sensors, and various vacuum pumps. The system is compliant with Pharma GMP standards and supports SIP and CIP processes, ensuring high hygiene and sterility levels.
