The Injection UHT plant (SDI) from SPX Flow is a specialized system designed for ultra-high-temperature (UHT) pasteurization. The system delivers a fast heat treatment that achieves an efficient bacterial spore kill rate while preserving the quality of the product with minimal chemical changes. One of the main advantages is its ability to handle a wide range of products including milk, flavored milk, coffee cream, cream, ice cream mix, custard, and milk shakes. The plant’s design minimizes fouling, which allows for longer operating times between clean-in-place (CIP) cycles.
