The ZE 50 HMI from Three-Tec is a state-of-the-art twin-screw extruder designed to meet versatile manufacturing needs. Featuring an intuitive touch-panel operation, it allows for precision control and easy adjustments. The system’s modular design includes interchangeable extrusion dies and various screw segments such as conveying, return conveying, kneading, and mixing. The extruder operates within a wide range of temperatures, up to 230°C (or 400°C optionally), and supports various cooling options including water, air, or a water-air mixture. Capable of speeds from 0.1 to 300 min-1, and optionally up to 1’000 min-1, this extruder delivers reliable throughput up to 150 kg/h. Components in contact with the product are crafted from stainless steel or other specialized hardened materials, ensuring durability and compliance with industry standards.
