Tumbling cube mixer for homogeneous blending

In laboratory settings, achieving a uniform mixture of powders or granules can be challenging. This is essential for ensuring consistent product quality, especially in pharmaceuticals, food processing, and materials science. Using simple manual mixing methods often results in uneven blends and inconsistent outcomes.

Achieve uniform blending with tumbling motion

The Cube Mixer KB by ERWEKA uses a tumbling motion to produce a homogenous blend in a short time. This is achieved with three stainless steel rods positioned within the cube, enhancing the mixing action. The mixer attaches to the drive unit via the ERWEKA Universal Gear UG, allowing operation at various angles for optimal efficiency. Available in versions made of acrylic glass or stainless steel, it suits different laboratory needs. The KB 15 model has a 3.5-liter capacity, while the KB 20 and KB 20 S models offer an 8-liter capacity, all operating at a 40% working capacity.
