The TGM B620 Tube Filler & Sealer from Adelphi Manufacturing is designed for automatic filling, sealing, and ejection of tubes. It boasts an impressive output capacity, handling up to 6,000 metal tubes per hour and 4,800 plastic or laminate tubes per hour. It accommodates metal tubes with diameters ranging from 10 to 42mm and lengths of 50 to 240mm, as well as plastic/laminate tubes with diameters from 10 to 50mm and lengths of 50 to 240mm. The machine features hygienic crevice-free surfaces and operates without lubricants, ensuring minimal contamination risk. It also includes a tube print orientation sensor and a motor-driven system situated below the working table for enhanced safety. Its integrated ergonomic tube loading system allows for easy access, and for closing, it uses a fold and roll crimping system for metal tubes and a hot air sealing method for plastic/laminate tubes.
