It features a height-adjustable toothed disc and operates within a closed system, which makes it well-suited for automation and seamless integration into production lines. Capable of handling viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas, it is built into a steel platform or ceiling for stability. Using a modern frequency converter technology, this disperser provides drive powers ranging from 22 to 315 kW, facilitating batch sizes from 300 to 19,500 kg. Achieving possible finenesses of less than 5µm in a dispersion time of just 10-15 minutes, the KREIS-DISSOLVER® is ideal for highly concentrated initial dispersions. Additionally, it can be customized with options like vacuum execution, high-pressure cleaning systems, and temperature control, making it versatile for manifold industrial applications.
