Tomato processing plant for sauce and paste

Efficiently transform raw tomatoes into a variety of high-demand products, from sauces to juices, with a comprehensive solution designed for seamless integration and optimal performance in your production line.

Processes Tomatoes into Sauces, Pastes, and Juices

Bertuzzi’s Tomato Processing Plant and Equipment offer a comprehensive solution for food processing and tomato product manufacturers, efficiently transforming raw tomatoes into a variety of sauces, pastes, and juices. The Bertuzzi Chopper model 6 initiates the process by finely mashing tomatoes, followed by refining with Turbomax pulpers. Concentration is achieved through the Frumaco/Tomatech forced circulation evaporator, supporting capacities with up to five effects, making it ideal for diverse production scales.

Sterilization employs the STTH tube-in-tube sterilizer for maximum hygiene, and aseptic fillers like Aseptica Gemina ensure contamination-free packing in various formats. The plant is fully automated with CIP systems such as CipMatic 3.000/3 for efficient cleaning, supporting continuous high-speed operations.

Designed for seamless integration from washing to final packaging, the system is PLC-controlled with options for remote monitoring. Built with durable materials suitable for food-grade applications, Bertuzzi equipment aligns with stringent international standards, ensuring reliability and high throughput in every process stage.
