The drying process begins with initial crystallization in tanks, with further crystallization taking place on a timing belt conveyor. This method ensures the production of free-flowing, non-caking, and non-hygroscopic powders. Final drying and cooling are completed in an external fluid bed, utilizing a directional screen to prevent short circuiting during operation. Baghouse components manage exhaust effectively, removing the need for wet scrubbers. The system also incorporates a RELCO® Humidity Monitoring and Control System to maintain dryer performance across various ambient conditions.
