Operating widths of 1,200 mm achieve an hourly output of up to 400 kg of baked sticks, depending on the recipe, stick diameter, and oven size. The dough is fed into a hopper, pressured into thin strands, and cut or twisted as needed. The system includes a touch-screen operator panel and Siemens SPS for easy control. Additional features include energy-efficient IE2 drive motors and stainless steel construction for hygiene and washdown convenience.
