Engineered for dairy producers and food processing companies, it processes up to 450 kg per batch, achieving a throughput of 1200–1600 kg/h. The machine features dual independent augers with counter-rotating capabilities, allowing precise recipe adjustments via PLC-controlled devices. Its steam-based heating uses eight nozzles for direct contact and a double-jacketed wall for indirect heating, optimizing energy efficiency. Constructed with AISI304 stainless steel, the CS-450 offers optional upgrades to AISI316 for enhanced corrosion resistance. Integrated safety systems include sensors and automated shut-offs, ensuring operational safety. It also accommodates up to 10 recipe profiles and incorporates an extruder for storage and stretching, facilitating seamless integration into existing production lines.
