The CS-450 Cheese Processing Steam Cooker & Stretcher from Uzermak excels at cooking, kneading, stretching, mixing, and melting various cheeses, including mozzarella and analogue varieties. Engineered for dairy producers and food processing companies, it processes up to 450 kg per batch, achieving a throughput of 1200–1600 kg/h. The machine features dual independent augers with counter-rotating capabilities, allowing precise recipe adjustments via PLC-controlled devices. Its steam-based heating uses eight nozzles for direct contact and a double-jacketed wall for indirect heating, optimizing energy efficiency. Constructed with AISI304 stainless steel, the CS-450 offers optional upgrades to AISI316 for enhanced corrosion resistance. Integrated safety systems include sensors and automated shut-offs, ensuring operational safety. It also accommodates up to 10 recipe profiles and incorporates an extruder for storage and stretching, facilitating seamless integration into existing production lines.
