The CS-450 by Uzermak is a versatile steam cooker and stretcher designed for the production of various types of cheese including pasta filata, pizza cheese, mozzarella, kashkaval, and analogue cheeses. This system allows for cooking, kneading, stretching, mixing, and melting in one continuous process. It features a high-capacity body of 600 kg and a batch capacity of 450 kg, constructed from AISI304 quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with food safety standards. The CS-450 is equipped with a PLC-controlled touch panel for simple, intuitive operation and can store up to 10 different recipes. It uses both direct and indirect steam heating, facilitated by 8 nozzles and a double-jacketed wall, respectively. The automatic temperature control and electromagnetic flowmeter enhance precise processing. Two independently functioning augers, with adjustable speed and directions, ensure homogeneous and effective mixing of the product. Safety is prioritized with integrated sensors and a safety cage for the conveyor lifter. Optional upgrades include AISI316 stainless steel material.
