Constructed from AISI304 quality stainless steel, the CS-10 ensures durability and compliance with food safety standards. All plastic and derivative materials used are suitable for food and cleaning detergents. The system features dual independent augers with counter-rotating motors, offering maximum speeds of up to 160 rpm, which can be controlled via a PLC touch screen. Other notable features include direct and indirect steam heating options, automatic temperature control, and a memory that can store up to 10 different recipes. Additional safety is provided by a sensor that stops operation when the lid is opened. Optional upgrades include AISI316 quality stainless steel, a steam generator, and an air compressor.
