Small scale fermentor/bioreactor for multi-condition bioprocessing
For biotechnological research and development, precise control over culture conditions is vital. Researchers often need to simulate and optimize various environmental parameters to achieve the desired outcomes in small-scale studies. Traditional flask systems can be limiting due to their lack of advanced control features.

Optimizes bioprocess conditions with precise control
The small-scale fermentor/bioreactor from Marubishi Bioengineering is ideal for researchers looking to improve and control their culture conditions. This autoclave-compatible unit features a reinforced glass and stainless steel vessel. It is equipped with a bottom-drive stirring mechanism operating between 100-1000rpm and can control temperature, stirring speed, air flow rate, pH, and dissolved oxygen (DO). Heating is provided via a bottom end plate, and the system includes a peristaltic pump for pH additive feeding. The flexible measurement capabilities allow users to monitor temperature, stirring speed, air flow, and any two additional factors such as pH, DO, foam, ORP, turbidity, and feed. The fermentor offers a temperature control range from 10°C above supplied water up to 50°C. Available in multiple sizes, it suits diverse experimental needs and fits the requirements of both the Bioneer-Neo and MDL series.
