The Mini-Pinch by Accutek is a six-head, timed flow volumetric filler designed for filling aqueous solutions and light oils. This filler operates with a fill rate of up to six ounces per second, and an experienced operator can achieve up to 2,500 bottles per hour. High accuracy is maintained even with small volumes like 10 ml bottles. The Mini-Pinch can be autoclaved and is available in a pneumatic configuration. It includes an adjustable tabletop stand, fill wand, individual flow control adjusters, six stainless steel fill nozzles, silicone and vinyl food-grade tubing, a pinch valve system, an easy-to-operate microprocessor, and a pump. The unit can also be customized with larger ports and nozzles for thicker solutions or larger fill sizes, making it versatile for various applications such as filling e-juice containers.
