The PHI 550-SA by Groba is a semi-automatic solution designed to portion large volumes of round, square, and rectangular cheeses vertically. Equipped with a hygienic conveyor belt, it transports cheese to subsequent processing steps such as packing. Its portioning set includes a cutting frame and die section configured to customer requirements, making it adaptable to various cheese shapes and sizes. The modular design allows for easy exchange of portioning sets and simple operation. Additionally, the discharge conveyor can be positioned on either the left or right side to accommodate different processing lines.
