The equipment features a stainless steel, descending head with four rollers to efficiently seal smooth aluminum pilferproof caps, with or without pourers. This unit is versatile, allowing you to replace the screw capping head with a magnetic clutch head and stainless steel spindle to close twist-off caps or plastic screw caps. Operating the machine is straightforward due to bimanual controls, ensuring safety and precision. This unit is suitable for various industries, including beverage, cosmetic, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical. With a production capacity of approximately 500 pieces per hour and adjustable for bottle heights from 30mm to 350mm, it meets diverse packaging needs.
