The screw capping systems from Della Toffola (Omnia Technologies) provide reliable and precise capping solutions for beverage production lines. Available in two versions, these systems cater to different capping needs. The PPV version, designed for pre-threaded plastic screw caps, features a ‘Pick&Place’ system. It includes magnetic friction heads to adjust the closing force accurately. The VA version, suitable for aluminum screw caps, utilizes ‘direct pick’ replicas and stainless steel closing heads with rolls to seal the caps securely. Both systems are equipped with a continuous cap distributor and a ‘no cap’ sensor to ensure uninterrupted operation. The option of a neck holding system is available for treating PET/PE/HDPE bottles. The capping heads will not release a cap if no container is present, enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.
