The VISIOCOVER® by GEA is a patented transparent sanitary cover that allows direct visual inspection of process equipment. Based on the hygienic design of the SANICOVER®, it ensures a tight seal with the flanges on the process side and is compliant with EHEDG guidelines. The VISIOCOVER® requires no special tools for installation and can replace a standard SANICOVER® within minutes. It enables technicians to visually inspect for potential contamination without halting production, thereby maintaining product safety and quality. The cover is made from food-grade plastic material, is pressure shock resistant up to 0.6 bar, and can operate at temperatures up to 120°C. It is also designed for installation in ATEX Zone 22 (non-process side) and is available in multiple sizes to match existing SANICOVER® systems.
