The CFM rotary feeder from Zeppelin Systems is designed for the metered discharge of bulk materials in pneumatic conveying systems. It supports a wide range of outputs with seven available sizes, from 200 to 750. The feeder’s optimized inlet and outlet geometry ensures gentle distribution of the material, achieving ideal filling factors. It is highly durable and operates efficiently with minimal gas leakage due to a 12-chamber rotor with customized spacing. The housing and bearing plates are made from high-quality cast aluminum with an option for stainless steel, while the rotor is made from stainless steel. It can handle differential pressures up to 1.5 bar (g) and mechanical pressures from -1.0 to 10 bar (g). Its design also supports mechanical temperature resistance from -20 to 90°C, extendable up to 180°C if needed. The CFM rotary feeder adheres to DIN 2501 PN10 FF or ANSI 150 lbs FF flange joint standards and has various certifications, including EC type examination and ATEX conformity.
