Roll linear labelling machines for bottling and packaging

In high-speed bottling and packaging environments, precise labelling of cylindrical containers is essential. Without reliable labelling, issues such as misalignment, poor adhesion, and excessive waste can arise, affecting product presentation and production efficiency.

Efficiently label cylindrical containers with precision

The Roll-linear labelling machine by Della Toffola (Omnia Technologies) is specifically designed to apply plastic or paper wrap-around labels to cylindrical containers. Whether the containers are full or empty, the machine uses a servomotor to control the stretching, unwinding, cutting, and transfer of the film onto the containers. The vacuum technology enhances accuracy. The stainless steel glue roll applies adhesive precisely to the label edges, guaranteeing minimal glue consumption. The machine can handle production speeds ranging from 3,000 to 15,000 bottles per hour with a single labelling unit. It supports a wide range of materials, varying in quality and thickness, and includes a filtering system to avoid glue contamination. Optional features include automatic reel splicing, drying or heat-shrinking tunnels, vertical reel loading systems, and labelling quality control systems.

Benefits

  • Handles a wide range of label materials.
  • Minimizes glue consumption with a precise glue roll.
  • Processes up to 15,000 bph with one labelling unit.
  • Optional continuous operation with automatic reel splicing.
  • Maintains high accuracy with servomotor and vacuum technology.
