The Innocheck GRS by KHS is a segment rejection system designed to remove defective bottles and cans detected by upstream inspection systems. This system uses precise ejection fingers that move in sync with the conveyor belt speed, guiding rather than impacting the containers to minimize momentum and potential damage. The Innocheck GRS is available in two versions: GRS I with one rejection point and GRS II with two rejection points, accommodating capacities up to 72,000 bottles per hour. The ejection fingers are housed in rugged, enclosed cartridges, reducing wear and maintenance requirements.
