The ERWEKA FDS is designed for filling precise quantities of ointments, lotions, emulsions, and similar products into various containers, including tubes, cans, and bottles. Its standard unit offers a dosing range of 10-200 ml, easily adjusted to meet different production requirements. The system features quick removal of the pump and hopper, which has a 19-liter volume, for easy cleaning. It also includes filling nozzles of 2, 4, and 8 mm in the standard package. An additional cylinder unit expands the filling range to 0.5-25 ml, and various dispense heads with different apertures are available for specialized applications. The system can be conveniently operated with a foot switch, ensuring efficient and straightforward use.
