Based on the proven Omnidose platform, this system allows for additional processes including blister forming, heat sealing, and assembly steps. Its modular design means you can customize the machine with various dosing methods, such as membrane filling, tamping pin, dosator, or drum filling, to suit specific powder properties. The Omnidose Extended offers automatic transportation of products between stations via a rack drive, simplifying the process flow. The machine is capable of handling dosing volumes from approximately 1 mm³ to 1,000 mm³ and dosing ranges from 0.5 to 500 mg, making it suitable for a variety of packaging needs, including capsules, devices, discs, and vials.
