Pneumatic conveying systems diverter valve

Effortlessly manage bulk material flow with precision, ensuring seamless transitioning between pneumatic dense and dilute phase conveying systems while minimizing impact forces and maintaining operational continuity.

Diverts and Directs Bulk Material Flow

The VST Diverter Valve from Zeppelin Systems is a precision-engineered solution designed for pneumatic dense phase and dilute phase conveying systems. Its unique feature is a single-channel design with a 45° deflection angle, using a patented geometric shaping of the internal rotor, which facilitates impact-free, zero-dead-space transitions. This makes it ideal for diverting, distributing, and collecting materials such as tire compounds, flour, PVC granules, and chemical powders across the rubber, food, plastics, and chemical industries. Available in nine sizes (100–350), the valve boasts a comprehensive sealing concept to allow static and inflatable sealing, ensuring reliability in harsh environments up to 120°C and pressures from -1.0 to 10 bar (g). Constructed from high-quality cast aluminum with stainless steel inserts, it offers robust performance with minimal maintenance. The valve is equipped with a clearly visible optical position indicator and proximity sensors for direct monitoring, ensuring seamless integration into automated operations. Additional certifications like ATEX conformity and EC type examination validate its compliance for industrial applications.
