The mixing vessel, with a 5-liter volume and a working capacity of 60%, is constructed from durable stainless steel. Optional features include an electric heated bowl (DER) and a double jacket bowl (DB) for water-based heating and cooling. An emergency stop feature is integrated to enhance safety during operation.
