The Rademaker Pie and Quiche production line is a modular system designed for high-capacity bakeries. It offers precision positioning of dough billets and a servo-driven press with a unique compensation mechanism, ensuring perfect shaping with minimal scrap. Its control system allows easy adjustment to desired stroke levels, optimizing production efficiency. Capacities range from 5,200 pieces/hour for 250 mm diameter products to up to 40,000 pieces/hour in tandem execution for smaller sizes. The line is capable of handling various containers including aluminum foils, paper, and metal baking trays, with product diameters ranging from 50 to 282 mm. Rademaker’s Sigma® design guidelines ensure the highest hygiene standards, making the equipment easy to clean and maintain. The line is especially suited for producing quiches with laminated dough generated by an integrated laminator.
