Pick and place robotic system for product handling

Enhance your production line with high-speed, flexible pick and place robots that seamlessly handle diverse products from fragile pastries to sensitive pharmaceuticals, ensuring precise sorting and quality control while optimizing operational efficiency.

Handles, Sorts, and Packs Diverse Products

Schubert’s F4, T4, and T5 Pick and Place Robots deliver unmatched flexibility and precision in handling diverse products across multiple industries. Designed for seamless high-speed operations, these robots integrate effortlessly into your existing production line to enhance efficiency and adaptability.

The F4-Roboter utilizes a Scara principle, adept at rapid sorting and packing motions, achieving accelerations of up to 10 G and speeds up to 4.7 meters per second. Its interchangeable tools provide versatility for handling everything from delicate pastries to robust technical components.

The T4 and T5 variants, based on the Delta robot configuration, offer compact, high-density performance, with the T5’s additional fifth axis allowing precise manipulation for vertical placements. All models support up to six robots in one frame, maximizing throughput and minimizing floor space. The advanced vision system ensures only quality products are processed, reducing waste and ensuring reliability.

Ideal for food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and more, Schubert’s robots are customizable, scalable, and comply with industry standards, offering solutions tailored to your specific requirements. Their OptiFlex toolset, facilitated by quick-change capabilities, ensures minimal downtime and continuous operation across various applications.
