The ConsiGma® Direct Compression with Linear Blending (DC-LB) Lines by GEA is an advanced system designed for continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing. It integrates dry blending and tablet compression, offering supply chain agility with a small footprint. The system includes up to 6 loss-in-weight feeders and 2 linear blenders, ensuring accurate and homogeneous mixing of components. Available in two sizes, it supports throughputs ranging from 1 to 100 kg/h or 20,000 to 150,000 tablets/h. The Conductor 4.0 software provides seamless process control, with reporting and track & trace capabilities.
