Precise weighing and dosing are managed with advanced systems that incorporate the loss-in-weight principle. The frying process occurs over 6 to 30 seconds, allowing pellet snacks to expand to their final shape, while flavoring is uniformly applied to achieve consistently high-quality results. The system features components like the dosing vibrator, feed vibrator fryer, defatting vibrator, and WeighGuard to optimize each step in the production line.
