The D.E. pressure PED tested filter – Victoria by Padovan (Omnia Technologies) is designed for efficient filtration of sparkling wines, beer, and soft drinks. It meets European Directive PED standards, ensuring safety and reliability during use. The filter chamber allows for the injection of compressed gas during processing, enhancing filtration efficiency. Unique flat and crushproof filtering elements, constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with AISI 316L screens of 65 micron porosity, guarantee high drainage flow and thorough cleaning during washing phases. These elements eliminate the need for a traditional drainage grid, reducing the risk of contamination. Models are available with filtration surfaces ranging from 5 to 80 square meters, making it suitable for operations of various scales.
