The OFM simplifies maintenance by eliminating hydraulic chains and belt tilt components. It is designed to handle various dough types ranging from 800 lbs (363 kg) to 3,200 lbs (1,452 kg), making it versatile across different baking processes. Key features include a direct drive bowl tilt system with up to 140° forward tilt, a touchscreen interface for easy operator control, and multiple agitator configurations such as the slanted agitator. The mixer integrates seamlessly with other AMF equipment like the Dough Chunker, Dough Pumps, and Double-Incline Conveyor, ensuring a labor-free dough handling experience. Its industrial design also includes Cinchseal® rotary face shaft seals, air purge, and Nylatron bushings for enhanced durability.
