The AccuVeyor AVh-Series from AmbaFlex is a unique accumulator designed to avoid the disadvantages of traditional systems. This series utilizes a patented ONE-belt system where the conveyor belt changes direction instead of the products. This innovative approach ensures that products remain on the same portion of the conveyor belt, avoiding any contact or pressure. The system accommodates a variety of primary packaging such as cartons, candy bars, and biscuits packs, as well as filled liquid containers like pouches, doypacks, bottles, and cans. The AVh-Series offers dynamic accumulation with belt widths ranging from 140 to 200 mm and can handle loads up to 15 kg/m. It operates at speeds up to 40 m/min and provides an accumulation length of up to 115 meters, making it versatile for various industries including packaging, bottling, personal care, and pharmaceuticals.
