The STICK Series by IMA is designed for high-performance packaging of ground coffee and soluble products into stick sachets. These machines feature an Open Frame architecture, enabling easy cleaning and accessibility for maintenance and adjustments. Controlled by a PLC and equipped with a user-friendly HMI, they ensure efficient operation. Fully servo-driven movements allow for precise production and filling of stick sachets ranging from 0.5 cc to 50 cc, with speeds up to 1120 sachets per minute. The series includes models like the STICK-200 and STICK-400, which can accommodate sachet widths of 15-60 mm and lengths up to 240 mm, across multiple lines.
