The MDWI Modular Dispensing and Weighing Isolator from Comecer is designed to provide high containment during manipulations of potentially dangerous products. The system includes a combination of one (4) gloves chamber and one (2) gloves pre-chamber, with an optional (3) gloves chamber for process customization. Internally constructed with grade 316L stainless steel and externally with 304, it features HEPA filters for maximum safety and a spray gun for internal washing. The isolator is controlled via a 5.7” Human Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreen, compliant with GAMP 5 software standards. OEB5 containment level allows for safe manual sampling, weighing, and dispensing of HAPIs. Optional upgrades enhance functionality, including rapid transfer ports, glove leak tests, and washable components. Exhaust systems can either be channeled through dedicated piping or returned to the lab. This solution is ideal for pharmaceutical companies focusing on containment and precision in HAPI handling.
