The Iso-Mix Mini from Alfa Laval is a versatile mobile system designed to improve beverage production efficiency. Using Alfa Laval’s patented Rotary Jet Mixer technology, it facilitates quick and uniform mixing of ingredients in various tank sizes. The system includes automated batch control for precise ingredient dosing, making it suitable for preparing soft drinks, deaerated water, and carbonated beverages. The module comprises two LKH centrifugal pumps: a main pump for tank circulation and a dosing pump for adding liquid components. Additionally, it supports gas dosing through a manual control point. Conveniently, the Iso-Mix Mini is wheel-mounted for easy mobility and can be connected with either hard piping or flexible hoses.
