The isolator comprises four main glovebox chambers: entrance chamber (A), chemical synthesis chamber (B), weighing chamber (C), and products discharge chamber. It operates under a turbulent flow of nitrogen atmosphere and monitors oxygen levels to maintain safety. The isolator is maintained at a negative pressure relative to the laboratory environment, which prevents contaminants from escaping. It is fully PLC controlled and easy to clean, thereby ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
