The Mini Plant Isolator from Comecer is an isolator designed to provide maximum protection for the operator during operations and to ensure the separation between the external environment and the interior of the isolator itself. The isolator comprises four main glovebox chambers: entrance chamber (A), chemical synthesis chamber (B), weighing chamber (C), and products discharge chamber. It operates under a turbulent flow of nitrogen atmosphere and monitors oxygen levels to maintain safety. The isolator is maintained at a negative pressure relative to the laboratory environment, which prevents contaminants from escaping. It is fully PLC controlled and easy to clean, thereby ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
