It consists of motorized tables and plastic chain conveyors that compact cheese forms on polyethylene blocks, similar to traditional trolleys. This setup maximizes factory space by allowing machinery positioning adjacent to walls. During the second and third days, the system uses multi-tiered automated belts driven by motorized elevators for efficient vertical space utilization. These systems are constructed from thick stainless steel and comprise modular branded belts and motors, compliant with food contact certifications. Automation employs a PLC and supervisory PC to manage movement articulation and lot positioning.
