Manual Cip system for food processing hygiene
In small-scale food processing facilities, maintaining stringent hygiene standards is crucial to avoid contamination and ensure product quality. The challenge lies in thoroughly cleaning processing equipment to remove impurities and reduce bacterial levels, without the need for complex automated solutions.
Facilitates thorough cleaning with manual operation
The manually operated mobile CIP system by INOXPA addresses the needs of small-scale food processing plants where high automation levels are not required. This system includes an insulated 300L tank for preparing cleaning solutions, with electrical resistance heating and temperature regulation. It utilizes a constant level maintenance through a pressure switch and control panel display. With manually operated butterfly valves and a base frame with wheels for mobility, it simplifies the cleaning process. The tank and piping, made from AISI 316L stainless steel, enhance durability and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. The system is equipped with an Estampinox EFI 3 pump (4 kW) and features mineral wool insulation for temperature retention. Optional components include a water recovery tank, detergent dosing pump, and flow detector, making it versatile for various setup requirements.
