Efficiently melt and maintain uniform temperatures

The lumps melting system by Boema is designed to efficiently melt lumps of various products including butter, grease, chocolate, and cocoa mass. These systems feature an upper grid that can be heated with hot water (over 60°C) or steam, allowing lumps to melt quickly as they pass into the underlying heated tank. This tank maintains the product’s temperature and completes the melting of any remaining solid parts. For products that are harder to melt, the system can include a lumps crushing machine, which breaks down lumps into small flakes to facilitate faster melting. The system is available in both horizontal and vertical axes configurations, ensuring versatility for different industrial setups.
