This versatile moulder can process round, long, and flat dough pieces with precise centring before sheeting. For non-sheeted dough pieces, a bypass system allows them to be folded only, while the adjustable curling net regulates pressure to achieve optimal results. Roller pairs, which serve as conveying rollers, can be opened for the production of round loaves and rye dough. The machine’s modular options provide flexibility and efficiency, ensuring perfect moulding results for both stiff and soft dough.
