This system stands out for its high-efficiency filling process, capable of handling up to 4000 pieces per hour. It features a dosing table with 864 positions, ensuring precise filling for each lipstick stick. The integrated cooling system uses air circulation to solidify the product quickly and uniformly. The 120-liter melting tank operates independently, providing a steady supply of melted product to the volumetric doser, which contains six filling nozzles. Additionally, the LB 3000 includes autoloaders for both bases and caps, along with an ink-jet system for printing codes on the bottom of each package, reducing manual labeling efforts. This system is ideal for large-scale production environments where reliability and speed are paramount.
