The Gyraton® GM by amixon® is designed to address these challenges effectively. This large-volume mixer requires low electrical connected loads and mixes materials accurately and gently within a compact installation footprint. The unit homogenizes up to 70 m³ of mix, equivalent to the content of a 40-foot deep-sea container. The mixer’s spiral rotates slowly, conveying materials upwards while maintaining contact with a portion of the mixing chamber wall, minimizing specific energy input. It also features a hygienic and gas-tight shaft seal, ensuring contamination-free operations. The Gyraton® is suitable for various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, particularly where materials tend to be moist or poorly flowing.
