The Mastermatic Batch Fryer by Heat and Control is designed to meet the needs of start-up and market entry lines producing kettle-style potato chips. This fryer features all stainless steel construction, including a heavy-gauge oil kettle, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. It offers production capacities of 150lbs / 68kg, 200lbs / 91kg, and 350lbs / 159kg of finished products per hour, making it suitable for different levels of production. The Mastermatic Batch Fryer’s fully-enclosed combustion system promotes sanitary operation, and large removable panels provide complete access for maintenance. An optional Chip-Stirr system automates the stirring process, eliminating chip clusters by continuously stirring the slices during cooking and directing finished chips to the discharge/drain conveyor. This ensures consistent chip quality batch after batch.
