The Ketchup Production Line from Bertuzzi is designed to meet advanced technological and stringent hygienic requirements. This production line is flexible, allowing the processing of various recipes with or without thickeners, vegetable particles, or preservatives. The system includes several ingredient preparation groups customized to specific needs, such as tomato paste dilution, sugar and salt dosing, and spice blending. The blending section uses special horizontal mixing tanks for homogeneous mixing and high-performance recipe reliability. Additional processes include deaeration, high-pressure homogenization, and pasteurization using a tubular heat exchanger. The line can handle high-capacity plants with automated ingredient dosing systems and integrated cleaning through the Bertuzzi CipMatic system.
