The Zilli & Bellini monoblocks are dedicated systems designed to fill and close food products or flat soft drinks in round or shaped bottles made of glass or plastic materials. These units integrate multiple stations on a single base frame, providing a seamless operation that includes cleaning, filling, and capping containers. By moving containers synchronously after the filling phase, the system prevents spillage before the closing stage and minimizes packaging damage. Additionally, the system can dose a precise drop of Liquid Nitrogen (NL2) into the headspace if required. The flexibility of these monoblocks allows them to handle a variety of containers and caps according to customer specifications. They offer a capacity range of 10 to 1200 containers per minute, depending on the product and container size, and can handle anything from liquid to very dense products, with or without pieces. An integrated automatic cleaning system (CIP) ensures the unit remains hygienic and ready for continual use.
