The Tetra Pak® Flash Cooler SCM is a continuous flash cooling system specifically designed for producing sweetened condensed milk (SCM) and recombined sweetened condensed milk (RSCM). It offers a fully automatic and continuous operation, suitable for a wide range of product compositions and capacities. The system is customer-specific designed, enabling production capacities from 2 to 20 tonnes per hour. Built for extended uptime, its compact unit allows for easy post-cleaning inspection by permitting simple viewing of product contact surfaces through a lid at the base of the cooler. Additionally, contact surfaces can be configured in either 304 or 316L stainless steel and a high-temperature SIP feature with hot water at 90°-95°C can be added if required.
