The Melter Series from Dumek, part of the Marchesini Group, is designed to heat and mix the oil/water phase for various cosmetic products. This series features an electric or steam vessel heating system, allowing for precise product temperature regulation. The vessel has an insulating jacket to maintain heat efficiency, while a slow stirrer or fast agitator is available based on specific product needs. It is mounted on braking casters or can be palletized for mobility. The lid is constructed in two parts, one of which is openable to simplify loading and inspection processes. Capacities range from 30 to 5000 liters, catering to both small and large-scale production requirements.
