Industrial frying system for sauté production

In industrial food production, creating a consistent and quality base for sauces, dips, and side dishes is essential. Traditional methods can struggle with maintaining uniformity and preventing product burn, especially when involving complex sauté processes.

Mix, cook, and discharge sautés efficiently

The Frying machine SAP by Boema S.p.A. is specifically designed for industrial sauté production. It features a double cradle plating with a dual stirrer mixing system. Scraped paddles prevent burning by ensuring consistent contact with the heat exchange surface. The stirrer speeds and rotation direction can be adjusted, offering flexibility in production cycles. Ingredients can be manually loaded via trays on wheels or transferred through pipings. The system includes a steam jacket for thermal exchange and an automatic thermo adjustment feature, recalling steam as needed. Discharge is facilitated by two pneumatically controlled doors. The design supports high efficiency and versatility in creating desired recipes.
