The Selection, Washing, and Loading Hopper Line by Zumex Food Engineering is a comprehensive solution designed for optimizing fruit processing workflows. This system features a programmable IP65 control panel with frequency variators for precise speed control. It includes an aluminum roller conveyor for the selection and removal of damaged fruit, enhancing the sorting process. The brush washer is divided into three independent zones—washing, rinsing, and drying—utilizing 15 rows of nylon brushes, four shower lines, detergent pumps, and two fans for thorough cleaning. The roller speed can also be adjusted to adapt to different fruit types and contamination levels. Additionally, the storage hopper ensures optimal regulation of fruit before juice extraction, featuring an adjustable unloading belt and photocell-based level control.
