The polyethylene neutralization tank ensures corrosion resistance, while the high-flow centrifugal pump facilitates efficient mixing and discharge processes, cycling the tank volume more than five times per hour.
Widely applied in the production of protein therapeutics, specialty chemicals, and the neutralization of industrial solvents, this system supports compliance with environmental safety standards. Optional features such as a plate heat exchanger for handling effluents over 60°C, a second redundant tank, and dedicated chemical solution tanks enhance operational flexibility.
