The Affinity® CD-L Dicer, developed by Urschel Laboratories, is an industrial dicer designed to deliver uniform dices within the small to intermediate size range. This dicer combines features from Urschel Models CD-A and L-A along with design elements from the Affinity Integra® Dicer, offering more than twice the capacity compared to the Model L-A’s. It is engineered for sanitary use with a completely separated food and mechanical zone, making it suitable for food processing environments. The machine is equipped with a 5 HP motor and features continuous operation. Hinged access panels ease maintenance and washdowns, while an optional integrated oil spray system lubricates the circular knives, aiding in the processing of sticky products. The dicer’s stainless steel contact parts ensure durability and easy cleaning.
